THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary to provide three (3) portable toilets and all the necessary labor, equipment, and materials to clean and maintain the toilets for the duration of contract. Two (2) portable toilets will be provided to Tully Lake Dam and one (1) portable toilet will be provided to Birch Hill Dam. All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact. All deliveries shall conform to local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562991 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
