THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The scope includes the daily operation and maintenance of the West Thompson Lake Campground, which is comprised of twent-four (24) campsites, a registration building, a comfort station, playground, basketball court, horseshoe pits, dump station, and two (2) visitor parking lots at West Thompson Lake Campground. All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact. The Government intends to award two (2) separate contracts from this one solicitation. The vendor offering the lowest price per day as indicated in the Bid Schedule will be allowed to choose which Campground Host contract (#1 or #2) they will be awarded. The second apparent low quoter will be awarded the remaining contract. Award is contingent upon successful completion of fingerprinting. The second campground host contract will not be awarded until the first campground host (overall apparent low quote) contract has been awarded. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
