The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of standby generator services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project sites located at Cape Cod Canal and New Bedford Hurricane Barrier, MA and Fox Point Hurricane Barrier, RI to include the following locations: Administrative Building, Maintenance Building and Railroad Bridge, Buzzards Bay, MA; Sandwich Radar Site, Sandwich, MA; Scusset Beach (Sagamore Marsh Flood Gates), Station 160 Radar Site, and Station 260 Radar Site, Bourne, MA; and Wings Neck Radar Site, Pocasset & Bourne, MA; New Bedford Hurricane Barrier, New Bedford, MA; and Fox Point Hurricane Barrier, Providence, RI. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to deliver standby generator services needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about September 23, 2022. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $11 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
