THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and services to repair existing bituminous pavement at three areas on public roads in the Town of Sandwich Massachusetts. Pavement repairs at three separate work areas A, B and C are defined herein. Area A on Freezer Road includes approximately 11,470 sq ft of repair area. Area B on Ed Moffitt Drive includes approximately 40,370 sq ft of repair area with an additional 6,100 sq ft of sidewalk to be paved. Area C at the Sandwich Visitor Center parking lot includes approximately 21,620 sq ft of repair area. Work includes milling and excavation of deteriorated bituminous pavement and installation of new hot mix asphalt pavement consistent with MassDOT Standard Specifications. In repair areas, existing pavement shall be milled to a depth of 1.5 inches. In pothole areas shown on figures, work includes full depth milling down into the subgrade. Work includes resetting of existing manhole frames, valve boxes, telecom junction boxes and catch basin grates. Work includes new line striping, parking lines, crosswalks and symbols to match the existing. Contractor is responsible to develop and execute traffic control services and provide police details to facilitate the work. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
