The work includes obtaining technical support and software upgrades for data backup software for the New England District. Software is used to backup all New England District data stored on virtual and physical servers to LTO tapes and are maintained for one year which satisfies current district requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 541511 with a Size Standard of $30 Million. This requirement is NOT limited to small business vendors. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.

The work includes obtaining technical support and software upgrades for data backup software for the New England District.
