The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Steel Ladder, Railing and Hatchway Guard Replacement Hopkinton Dam & Everett Dike P-1, Hopkinton & Dunbarton, NH THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, transportation, and labor necessary to replace the existing gatewell ladders, railings and hatchway guards in the Hopkinton Dam Gatehouse located in Hopkinton, New Hampshire and the Dike P-1 gatewell structure located in Dunbarton, New Hampshire. The installation of a new railing system at the top surface elevation of the Dike P-1 gatewell structure is also required. The Contractor will be responsible for the proper removal and disposal of existing ladders, railings and hatchway guard materials and hardware. All products shall be installed in accordance to manufacturer’s or supplier’s recommendations. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about September 10, 2021. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238120 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
