At Site 160: Demolish and properly dispose of the existing telecommunications building. Building is approximately 8ft x 8ft x 10ft and has multiple layers of roofing materials. Remove existing HVAC equipment and reclaim refrigerant. Disconnect and protect the existing exterior mounted automatic transfer switch and disconnect switch. Furnish and install a new 8ft x 8ft x 10ft precast concrete telecommunications building. New building shall include a 18,000 BTU HVAC system, 100-amp electrical service panel, interior finished walls, outlets, lights, and a copper grounding system. Reinstall the existing automatic transfer switch and disconnect switch onto the exterior of the new building. Information Photos 1-5 show existing conditions at Site 160.
