THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to replace the existing septic system at the West Thompson Dam with a new septic system. The existing system shall be demolished and/or abandoned as shown on the contract drawings. The work includes restoration of disturbed lawn areas as shown on the plans. The new system includes a 1,000 gallon monolithic precast septic tank, precast pump chamber, new submersible sewage pump including associated controls and alarms, new PVC piping, new leaching trenches, and other related items (to include, but not limited to repairing disturbed lawn areas back to original condition). The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
