THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to remove existing and install a new security alarm system in nine (9) buildings at two (2) sites for Tully Lake and Birch Hill Dam. The contractor shall install the new security system in compliance with the National Electrical Code, Massachusetts Building code and applicable Fire Codes. All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact. The Contractor will remove all existing alarm system components, including but not limited to sensors, control panels, alarm panels, wiring and sirens, where applicable. Contractor is responsible for removal and proper disposal of all existing equipment and associated components. ALL COMPONENTS AND SOFTWARE MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE IN REGARDS TO COVERED TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT, SEE FAR CLAUSES 5.204-24, 52.204-25, AND 52.204-26. COMPONENTS AND SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE FROM THE PROHIBITED MANUFACTURERS OR THEIR SUBSIDIARIES. ALL COMPONENTS AND INSTALLATION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH UFGS 28. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
