Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to provide an emergency backup generator rental at the Stamford Hurricane Barrier located in Stamford, CT. The services are to be provided in accordance with (IAW) the following Performance Work Statement (PWS) and schedule. Requests for information will be directed to the contract specialist within five (5) days from the solicitation issuance date. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 532490 with a Small Business Size Standard of $35 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
