THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, trucking, and expert supervision needed to remove the sediment and silt from the swimming area and transport the material to the disposal area on the project site approximately 0.6 miles away. The sediment and silt removal will start on the southern end of the beach, near the boat launch and proceed toward the north until the awarded contract quantity/volume has been removed. The construction range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
