THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform visual invasive plant surveys and GPS assisted mapping at Birch Hill Dam. The work includes identification of invasive plant species, identification of the size of the infestation and location using GPS, provide maps and shapefiles of invasive plant species and rare native plant species locations, analysis of findings, and a final report. The field work is to be performed from Contract Award until 01 October 2021. Final analysis and report shall be submitted no later than November 30, 2021. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
