THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean two restrooms at the Quechee Gorge Visitor Center. Building is a two-story building and restrooms are located on the main floor. Total floor space is approximately 580 square feet (building is 3,194 square feet). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
