The work involves the removal of asbestos containing material (ACM) in the window glazing. The Contractor shall remove all existing windows from Government property and dispose of it properly. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238150 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
