THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to perform the grounds and facility maintenance services at the East Brimfield Lake Project area. The East Brimfield Lake area includes approximately 5 acres of weekly maintenance area, and approximately 42 acres of annual/field mowing. In addition, the services include side arm mowing along trail edges and a spring and fall clean-up. Services are to be provided in accordance with the scope of work and schedule. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
