THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately 9.8 acres of grass at the Edward MacDowell Dam and Project Office area: 6.6 acres of weekly mowing services 0.4 acres of bi-weekly mowing services 2.3 acres of monthly mowing services 0.5 acres of semi-annual mowing services 1.2 acres of aeration and fertilization Spring and fall clean-up will be performed on the entire 9.8 acres of grass The Contractor’s work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, personnel, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, supplies, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the various services required herein. The mowing areas include changes in terrain such as steep slopes, rocky areas, wet areas, and areas with stumps and other obstacles. Services are to be provided in accordance with the following performance work statement and schedule. Work shall be performed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact or their representative. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
