THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install a total of ten (10) Light Emitting Diode (LED) emergency lighting units with battery backup in the stairwells, main entry level, and gallery of the Blackwater Dam. Work shall also include the replacement of three (3) existing exterior high intensity discharge (HID) wall packs with LED wall packs. Emergency battery units shall be wired to the nearest lighting circuit ahead of any switch leg. Emergency battery units are to be installed for the purpose of safety and shall automatically come on when utility power is cut, turn off when power is returned either by generator or the utility power, and be adequately charging when in standby mode. Wall packs shall be wired and equipped with a photocell sensor. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
