The Otter Brook office and dam area includes approximately 5 acres of weekly grounds maintenance area and an additional 2 acres (approximate) of bi-weekly grounds maintenance area. The Otter Brook Lake Recreation area includes approximately 10 acres of weekly grounds maintenance area and an additional 3 acres (approximate) of bi-weekly grounds maintenance area. The Surry Mountain Lake office and dam area includes 3 acres of weekly grounds maintenance area and an additional 2 acres (approximate) of bi-weekly grounds maintenance area. The Surry Mountain Lake Recreation area includes approximately 11 acres of weekly grounds maintenance area. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
