The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a solicitation for Chain-Link Fence Replacement, Tully Lake Dam, Royalston, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to remove and dispose of two (2) existing 4’ tall chain link fences around the Spillway and replace with two (2) 4’ high galvanized chain link fence with top rail and bottom tension wires. An additional section shall be added near the spillway wall. New combined fence lineage shall be approximately 1080 linear feet total. The new chain link fence location shall have minor adjustments for erosion control issues. Replace up to fifteen (15) 6’ tall line posts and associated footings along a separate fence along the Dam Outlet safety fence. The construction range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
