THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately fifteen (15) acres of fine lawn; rough mow approximately eight (8) acres of lawn; Aeration of approximately nine (9) acres of lawn areas, and spring/fall clean up on approximately fourteen (14) acres. Services are to be provided in accordance with the scope of work and schedule. The anticipated Period of Performance will be for one (1) base year and two (2) option years. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
