This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE. QUOTERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE TWO SOLICITATIONS FOR THE TWO PARK ATTENDANTS FOR SANDWICH AND SANDCATCHER RECREATION AREAS. AWARD WILL BE BASED ON THE LOWEST QUOTE. IF A QUOTER IS THE LOW QUOTE FOR MORE THAN ONE SOLICITATION, THEY WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO PICK THEIR LOCATION FOR THE SOLICITATIONS ON WHICH THEY ARE THE LOW QUOTER. THE GOVERNMENT WILL WORK THROUGH THE LIST OF RESPONSIVE AND FAIR AND REASONABLE QUOTES ACCORDINGLY.
