THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide Chemical Vegetation Control Services as needed for each BPA call under the agreement at project sites located throughout theThames River Basin in Massachusetts and Connecticut to include the following locations: Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA; Hodges Village Dam, Oxford, MA; Charles River Valley Natural Valley Storage Area and West Hill Dam, Uxbridge, MA; Woonsocket Flood Control Project, Woonsocket, RI; Conant Brook Dam, Monson, MA; Westville Lake, Southbridge, MA; East Brimfield Lake, Fiskdale (Sturbridge), MA; West Thompson Lake, N. Grosvendorale, CT; Mansfield Hollow Lake, Mansfield Ctr, CT. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD MULTIPLE (UP TO THREE (3)) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
