THIS IS SOLICITATION NUMBER W912WJ21A0032 Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Mechanical Vegetation Control Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Thames River Basin in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut to include the following locations: Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA; Charles River Natural Valley Storage Area, Millis, MA; Conant Brook Dam, Monson, MA; East Brimfield Lake, Fiskdale, MA; Hodges Village Dam, Oxford, MA; Mansfield Hollow Lake, Mansfield, CT; West Hill Dam, Uxbridge, MA; Westville Lake, Southbridge, MA; West Thompson Lake, North Gosvenordale, CT; and Woonsocket Flood Control Project, Woonsocket, RI. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to deliver Mechanical Vegetation Control Services needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. The Government intends to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
