The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Construction Equipment Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Upper Connecticut River Basin in New Hampshire and Vermont to include the following locations: Otter Brook and Surry Mountain Lakes, Keene, NH; Ball Mountain and Townshend Lakes, Jamaica, VT; North Springfield Lake, Springfield, VT; North Hartland Lake and Union Village Dam, North Hartland, VT. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD UP TO THREE (3) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FROM THIS SOLICITATION. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to execute Construction Equipment Services needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 12 months from the date of award. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall also have a 12 month period of performance. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. This is a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date are included in this solicitation. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.BetaSAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
