The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Earthen Materials throughout the Naugatuck River Basin (NRB) in Connecticut to include the following locations: Black Rock Lake, Thomaston, CT; Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT; Goshen Radio Relay Station, Goshen, CT; Hop Brook Lake and Naugatuck River Area Office, Middlebury, CT; Northfield Brook Lake, Thomaston, CT; Stamford Hurricane Barrier, Stamford, CT; Thomaston Dam, Thomaston, CT THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Earthen Materials for each BPA Call under this agreement.
