The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Mechanical Vegetation Removal Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Naugatuck River Basin in Connecticut to include the following locations: Thomaston Dam, Black Rock Lake, Northfield Brook Lake, Thomaston, CT; Hop Brook Lake, Naugautuck River Basin, Middlebury, CT; Hancock Brook Lake, Plymouth, CT; Stamford Hurricane Barrier, Stamford, CT; Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide Mechanical Vegetation Removal Services as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. The Government intends to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
