The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Minor Building Construction Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Upper CT River Basin in New Hampshire and Vermont to include the following locations: Otter Brook and Surry Mountain Lake, NH; Ball Mountain and Townshend Lakes, VT; North Springfield Lake, VT; and North Hartland Lake and Union Village Dam, VT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide Minor Building Construction Services as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. The Government intends to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April 20, 2021. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.beta.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE
