No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost of labor and materials. The Contractor-Furnished Materials and Supplies shall not exceed $5,000 for each individual BPA Call. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. The anticipated Period of Performance will be 36 months from date of award. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
