THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The offeror shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform physical and chemical analysis of soil, sediment, and water samples that will provided by the New England District (NAE) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) throughout the period of performance. The results of analysis will be used to support dredge material suitability determinations and to identify potential environmental impacts associated with a wide range of navigation and planning projects. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $100,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
