The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of minor building construction services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Thames River Basin in Massachusetts,Connecticut and Rhode Island to include the following locations: Hodges Village Dam and Thames River Basin Office in Oxford, MA, Buffumville Lake in Charlton, MA, East Brimfield Lake in Fiskdale, MA, Westville Lake in Southbridge, MA, Conant Brrok Dam in Monson, MA, West Thompson in North Grosvenordale, CT, Mansfield Hollow Lake in Mansfield, CT, West Hill Dam and Charles River Natural Valley Storage Area in Uxbridge, MA, and Woonsocket Flood Control Project in Woonsocket, RI. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to deliver minor building construction services needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD MULTIPLE (UP TO THREE (3)) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date are available in this solicitation. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.betasam.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39,500,000 Million.
