THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to remove existing and install a new security alarm system in eight (8) buildings at two (2) sites for Buffumville Lake and Hodges Village Dam. The contractor is expected to bring security and fire alarm system up to National Electrical Code, Building Code and fire code standards. All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact. The Contractor will remove all existing alarm system components, including but not limited to sensors, control panels, alarm panels, wiring and sirens. Contractor is responsible for removal and proper disposal of all existing equipment and associated components. The construction range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
