The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a solicitation for Anode Replacement Services at the Stanford Hurricane Barrier in Stamford, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all necessary equipment, labor and materials (unless otherwise noted) to perform inspections and anode replacement services in accordance with the following specifications. All work will be done at the direction of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Diving Inspector and/or Technical Point of Contact. Contractor will provide adequate personnel and equipment (unless otherwise noted) to perform dewatering activities/anode replacement services on the navigation gate at the Stamford Hurricane Barrier. Work will include dewatering/refilling gate, cleaning of gate interior and exterior, and inspection and replacement of gate anodes (interior and exterior). All in-water work will be performed by USACE dive teams. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
