The renovation includes the replacement of insulation, replacement of interior wall treatment, 3 (three) overhead doors and operators, man door, garage door thresholds and 10 (ten) windows and window trim. The 2-bay garage is approximately 750 square foot. The construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
