THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to apply a systematic aquatic herbicide to control variable milfoil and fanwort in approximately 40 acres of East Brimfield Lake, including Long Pond. Furnish all labor and equipment necessary to conduct a full lake comprehensive invasive plant species survey with a final report of East Brimfield Lake and Long Pond. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to apply a systematic aquatic herbicide to control variable milfoil and fanwort in approximately 40 acres of East Brimfield Lake, including Long Pond.
