The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation for Boundary Maintenance Services for the Charles River Natural Valley Storage Area located in the towns of Norfolk, Holliston, Medway, Bellingham, and Sherborn, Massachusetts. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to execute the boundary identification, clearing and marking services. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Boundary Maintenance Services for the Charles River Natural Valley Storage Area located in the towns of Norfolk, Holliston, Medway, Bellingham, and Sherborn, Massachusetts. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation and materials necessary to execute the boundary identification, clearing and marking services. While performing boundary maintenance, the Contractor will keep an ongoing written report of all findings including missing monuments, damaged monuments, monuments that couldn’t be located, trespasses, encroachments, etc. including photographic evidence to be submitted upon completion of the contract. A photo album of every monument located will be included with the final report. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about May 28, 2020. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Beta.Sam website (www.beta.sam.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million.
