The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers- New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Potable and Non-Potable Water Testing, throughout New Hampshire and Vermont THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to execute both potable water (well) and non-potable (public beach) collection and analyses at designated Corps owned reservoirs and projects within Upper Connecticut River Basin that meet State and Federal regulations for each state that the samples are collected in to protect public health as described below. Services include provision of appropriate sampling containers, sample collection, public water system assessments as required by Vermont, as well as analysis of water samples. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about May 18, 2020. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.beta.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
