As part of the quote submission, interested vendors shall submit: 1. Documentation of 5 years’ experience with construction of subtidal caps at contaminated sites. 2. Current HAZWOPER certification. 3. Resume(s) of staff that working on this project. 4. Three technical references with name, phone number and addresses for projects of similar scope. The evaluation of quotes will include a review of this documentation to determine if a vendor is qualified to complete the work. Award will be made to the vendor offering the lowest quote that is determined to be responsible. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541690 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
