Services are to be provided in accordance with the following performance work statement and schedule. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
