THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to execute both potable water and non-potable (public beach) collection and analyses at designated Corps owned reservoirs and projects within Upper Connecticut River Basin that meet State and Federal regulations for each state that the samples are collected in to protect public health as described below. Services include provision of appropriate sampling containers, sample collection, public water system assessments as required by New Hampshire and Vermont, as well as analysis of water samples. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
