Two engines shall be right hand rotation and two counter rotating. Engine shaft length is 30 inches. Engines shall be delivered with appropriate sized 3-blade stainless steel propellers and wiring harnesses. Required materials also include two duel top mount throttle controls with trim and tilt and two gauge packages for rpm and trim/tilt. Engines shall be designed for demanding commercial and law enforcement duty cycles in the northeast salt water environment. New equipment shall be provided in accordance with the following requirements and schedule. Installation of the new engines is not included in this scope. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 33618 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1500 employees. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
