The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Replacement of the existing oil tanks, furnance (with government provided furnance) and hydro heaters at Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to replace the existing oil tanks, fill pipe and vent with whistle at the Buffumville Lake Gate House. Remove the furnace from Buffumville Lake Gate House and replace it with the furnace already removed from Hodges Village Dam Gate House and stored on the first floor of the Buffumville Gate house. Replace two Hydro Unit Heaters in the Buffumville Lake Utility Building. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about November 13, 2019. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
