The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of photography services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout New England. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to deliver photography services needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from 27 September 2020 through 26 September 2021. The BPA Master Limit is $76,500; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD MULTIPLE (UP TO THREE (3)) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of photography services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project site located at Concord Park, 696 Virginia Road, Concord, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to deliver photography services needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 12 months from 27 September 2020 through 26 September 2021. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall also have a 12 month period of performance. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost.
