The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of photography services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project site located at Concord Park, 696 Virginia Road, Concord, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to deliver photography services needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 12 months from 27 September 2020 through 26 September 2021. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall also have a 12 month period of performance. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD MULTIPLE (UP TO THREE (3)) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about July 23, 2020. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541922 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
