The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of electrical services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Lower Connecticut River Basin in Massachusetts to include the following locations: Barre Falls Dam, Barre, MA and Birch Hill Dam and Tully Lake, Royalston, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the electrical services for each BPA Call under this agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD MULTIPLE (UP TO 3) BPAs FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
