The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an Indefinite Quantity of Construction Equipment Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Lower Connecticut River Basin in Massachusetts to include the following locations: Barre Falls Dam, Birch Hill Dam, Knightville Dam, Littleville Lake and Tully Lake. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Construction Equipment services for each BPA Call under this agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an Indefinite Quantity of Construction Equipment Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Lower Connecticut River Basin in Massachusetts to include the following locations: Barre Falls Dam, Birch Hill Dam, Knightville Dam, Littleville Lake and Tully Lake. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Beta.Sam.Gov website (www.beta.sam.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
