The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement regarding evaluation services and preventative maintenance reporting services for the security gates (drop-arm barriers). The requirement will be to provide a full service evaluation of the drop-arm barriers. The evaluation is to include diagnostic service, preventative maintenance. The evaluation shall be of all mechanical and electrical components. The current gates are: Manufacturer: Intertex Barriers Model Series: Stinger gates Model Number: ST4496-2 Serial Number 02-531 Date of manufacture 07/18/2003 This announcement is to determine interest, availability and capability of HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Small Business concerns for this requirement. The project is planned to be issued on or about late February or early March 2019. Offerors are requesting to provide information that they can perform the aforementioned evaluation services. Responses are limited to twenty pages. Responses are due by February 20, 2019. Responses should be addressed to ATTN: Ms. Brooke Morgan via email to Brooke.A.Morgan@usace.army.mil. Interested firms shall provide the above documentation in an electronic copy. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this market survey nor return the data provided. The results of this survey will be considered to be in effect for a period of one year from the date of this notice.
