THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to remove, supply and install approximately 1,300 linear feet of steel beam highway guardrail Type SS and hardware at the Barre Falls Dam Project Access Road (picnic area to cemetery parking lot). The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
