THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The project includes the execution of a subsurface utility tracing exploration using at least two complimentary measurement methods (e.g., utility line locator, ground penetrating radar) to locate known and suspected exterior utilities in an approximately 5.5 acre portion of the Natick Soldier Systems Center's (NSSC) access control point (ACP), located in Natick Massachusetts (MA). The intent is to complete the subsurface utility tracing survey, identify potential buried debris and foundations, and assess shallow geology. Site visit will be on September 17, 2019 at 9:30 am EDT at the Natick Soldier Systems CEnter, Natick, MA. Vendors wishing to attend the site visit should refer carefully to the Performance Work Statement for instructions on getting on site. Information must be sent to the Protection Division no later than September 13, 2019 to get on site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541360 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
