THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all materials, labor, testing, and equipment for performing all operations necessary to complete the following work: •Install 14 feet wide x 22 feet long x 12 feet high peaked roof pre-fabricated metal building. •Pour 8 inches (minimum) reinforced concrete slab with 4 feet x 9 feet concrete ramp at roll-up door. •Pour 8 inches (minimum) wall and footing thickness and 16 inches wide (minimum) footing reinforced concrete strip (continuous) footing foundation around the perimeter of the pre-fabricated metal building. Foundation wall shall extend 6 inches above finished grade and extend below frost line as required by the 9th edition of the Massachusetts State Building Code. •Apply 12 inches of 1-1/2 inch crushed stone base beneath the concrete slab and footing. •Install one 8 feet x 8 feet roll-up door and two 42 inches wide (6 feet 8 inches high) metal personnel doors. •Install a 120V, 50A electrical subpanel inside the new building. An empty electrical conduit is already run to the site. Install (2) 3AWG + (1) 10AWG in the existing conduit (NTE 150 linear feet) to feed the new subpanel. •Install a minimum of four duplex 20A GFCI electrical receptacles around the interior perimeter of the building. •Install interior LED lighting controlled by switch near access door, and exterior LED lighting above the roll-up door with sensors required. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
