THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment and labor to remove and dispose of the metal roof, insulation, and rain gutter assembly and install a new structural standing seam metal roof with no exposed fasteners, roof snow rail, and a new compatible rain system assembly on the Barre Falls Dam Back Garage. The contractor must utilize fall protection in accordance with EM 385-1-1 and have completed a 24 Hour Competent Person in Fall Protection Training. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238160 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
