THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment and labor to remove and replace of a portion of the existing Electrical and Telephone Systems, including approximately (700') seven hundred feet of electrical and telephone wire (installed in 1960). The work will include trenching and installation of conduit from Utility Pole No. 34 to service meter and disconnect. Then from the disconnect to Manhole No. 1 and Manhole No. 2 (Approximately (223') two hundred twenty three feet). Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
